The Southeastern Pennsylvania Soccer Hall of Fame (formerly the Philadelphia Oldtimers Soccer Association) has just announced its 2010 class of Hall of Fame inductees and award winners. All of these recipients will be honored at our annual banquet on May 15th at Cannstatter Volksfest-Verein in Northeast Philadelphia. This banquet is a great opportunity for the soccer community to gather, honor past accomplishments, and engage in productive soccer talk and networking.
This year’s banquet will be a once in a lifetime affair as our special Guest of Honor will be Walter Bahr, soccer icon and hero of the USA victory over England in the 1950 World Cup. All those who played with and for Walt are invited to join us in honoring the most recognized name in the history of soccer.
