The following Hall of Inductees and award winners were honored at our Annual Dinner on May 16, 2009 at Cannstatter Volksfest-Verein in Northeast Philadelphia.

2009 INDUCTEES

This year’s group composes the 62nd class of Hall of Fame inductions dating back to 1947. Coming from a number of varied soccer backgrounds, the 2009 class includes:

Bill Peterman Award – Male Player of the Year – Jeffery Wimsey, Father Judge
Female Coach of the Year – Darci Borski, Germantown Academy
Male Coach of the Year – Jerry Brindisi
Ned Potts Award – Club of the Year – Lansing Knights
Harry Rogers Award – Referee of the Year – Ed Tolan

Hall of Fame Inductees, Award Winners Announced

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Soccer Hall of Fame, formerly the Philadelphia Oldtimers Soccer Association, has just announced its 2009 class of Hall of Fame inductees and award winners. All of these recipients will be honored at the annual banquet on May 16^th at Cannstatter Volksfest-Verein in Northeast Philadelphia. This banquet is a great opportunity for the soccer community to gather, honor past accomplishments, and engage in productive soccer talk and networking.

Tables of eight are available. The banquet will take place on May 16^th, from 5:00 to 10:00PM at the Cannstatter Volksfest-Verein, 9130 Academy Road, Philadelphia, PA, 19114

The banquet program contains ads that pay homage to these inductees and award recipients. These ads also help us sponsor and run soccer programs and events in the soccer community. The SEPA Soccer Hall of Fame annual banquet will be held on Saturday, May 16th, 2009.

Cannstatter Volksfest-Verein
9130 Academy Road, Philadelphia, PA 19114

The event begins with a cocktail hour at 5:00pm and dinner will be served at 6:00pm. The awards presentation will follow dinner and will include the new Hall of Fame inductees, Male & Female Player of the Year, Club of the Year, and Coaches of the Year.

Tickets for the event are $40.00 per person. Tables of 8 are available.

Tickets will be available by mail order or at one of our scheduled meetings.
