Nominations must be typed and no long than two pages in length. They should be in the list or “bulleted” style (not narrative). Please list all important information and accomplishments along with corresponding dates. At the end the nominator must list his/her name, cell phone number and email address.
Nominations are taken in the following categories:
- SEPA Soccer Hall of Fame
- Female Player of the Year
- Male Player of the Year
- Female Coach of the Year
- Male Coach of the Year
- Club of the Year
- Referee of the Year
- Service to Soccer Award
Nominations may be done of three ways:

- Emailed to: info@sepasoccerhall.com
- Handed in personally at one of our meetings.
The deadline for all nominations is Monday, March 15, 2010.
