HOW TO NOMINATE SOMEONE FOR THE HALL OF FAME

Please follow these guidelines when nominating someone for the Hall of Fame. Nominations are accepted for someone who has contributed to the game of soccer in Southeastern Pennsylvania as a player, coach, referee, administrator, promoter or any combination of these.

Nominations must be typed and limited to one page if possible. Please list all soccer and any non-soccer accomplishments with corresponding years. The nominee’s accomplishments should be listed in the bullet style as per the following example:

• John Smith was an all-city selection at Walt Whitman High School, 1996-1998.
• He is the all-time leading goal scorer for the University of Kensington.
• Etc.

HOW TO NOMINATE SOMEONE FOR THE ANNUAL AWARDS

Nominations should be short and typed in the bullet style. They should list specific reasons why the nominee qualifies for the particular award.

Nominations are accepted for the following award categories:
Female team coach of the year,
Male team coach of the year,
Female player of the year,
Male player of the year,
Club of the year,
Referee of the year.
Young referee of the year
Administrator of the year
Chick Fallon Service to Soccer Award

~You may email the nomination as an attachment to info@sepasoccerhall.com.
~You may hand deliver the nomination to Bob Kozlowski, Gordon Dunlop, Jr. or any member of our Board of Directors.
You will receive a confirmation for your nomination shortly after submission.

DEADLINE FOR ALL NOMINATIONS IS MARCH 1st.
